Bosma Research International has had
considerable experience in both designing
and implementing a wide variety of research
and evaluation projects – including customer
satisfaction measurement, customer loyalty
and retention, service quality measurement,
customer segmentation/profiling, corporate
image, market analysis, new product development
studies, employee/organizational performance
measurement, systems effective measures, program
evaluation, process and impact evaluation,
and educational measurement and assessment.
A Flexible Partner
In some of these situations, we have both designed
a client’s measurement system and then administered
the ongoing research program. In other situations,
we have designed a client's system and then
provided that organization with enough ongoing
research support to get the program fully
operational and self-supporting in-house.
Many of these projects have included custom
designed data collection instruments, sophisticated
sampling and weighting plans, data analysis
protocol, report and presentation formats,
and proprietary measurement indices.
In addition, BRI has also conducted a wide
variety of primary and secondary research
projects to help clients and organizations
better understand their constituents, enhance
marketing and communication strategies, develop
strategic marketing/communication plans, improve
